[ about Continuum Web Design ]
Continuum Web Design is the design name of Andrew Hannaford. I have worked with computers for 20 years, initially as a consultant and repair person.
Later I became involved with the Caleb Adult Center, a computer learning center for senior and disabled people. I began volunteering as a tutor in the computer lab. I then became the administrator of the computer lab and was responsible for redesigning the Center's Web site.
Eventually, I was elected as President of the Board of Directors and was named Executive Director for the CAC.
After several years in this position, I felt it time to move on to more creative pursuits and Web design seemed a natural outlet.
The Caleb Adult Center has since closed, but an archive of the Web site I designed for it is available here.
I recently graduated from Southern Maine Community College in South Portland, Maine where I studied web and graphic design. I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society.
